We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here are a few helpful tips to make your party smooth and fun:

Arrival Time: Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Our team needs time to reset and prepare for your magical adventure!
Party Room Access: The party room may still be in use when you arrive and will only be available after the escape room session. Don’t worry – we’re happy to store your gifts and cake until it’s ready.
Guest Policy: Only hosts and participating children are allowed inside Cluville. As our waiting area is limited, we kindly encourage a drop-off experience for birthday parties. While the kids are having a blast, parents are welcome to explore nearby shops and attractions at the Arizona Boardwalk. Thanks for understanding and helping us make the experience smooth and fun for everyone!
Timing: Each party is scheduled for a 2-hour window. For example, if your party starts at 1:30 PM, it will end promptly at 3:30 PM. This helps us stay on track for all our celebrations and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
Waivers: To help check-in go faster, we recommend that all parents complete the waiver form ahead of time. You can find the waiver form: here.
