1. What should we know before arriving for a birthday party?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here are a few helpful tips to make your party smooth and fun:

Arrival Time: Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Our team needs time to reset and prepare for your escape room adventure!

Waivers: To speed up check-in, we recommend having all waivers completed in advance. You can find the waiver form: here.

Party Room Access: Party rooms are available after your group completes the escape room portion of your birthday package. The room is guaranteed only for the second hour of your party and may still be in use by another group when you first arrive. In that case, we are happy to store your gifts and cake until the party room is ready. Early access is sometimes possible, but not guaranteed.

Guest Policy: To keep the experience comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that only party hosts and participating children are allowed inside the Cluville party rooms. And because our lobby and party rooms are cozy, we strongly encourage a drop-off style celebration. While the kids are having fun, parents are welcome to explore the many shops and attractions at Arizona Boardwalk. We do make exceptions for the birthday child’s parents as well as a few close family members (i.e. younger siblings or grandparents) who aren’t playing and would still like to join the second hour of the celebration in the party room. Please note that, due to limited space, we can only accommodate up to 4 additional guests in the party room. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a smooth, fun party experience for all! We appreciate you communicating this in advance to your guests and their families!

Please note: With the Champions Package (full venue buyout), parents enjoy exclusive use of the party room for a full two hours.

Timing: Each party is scheduled over a 2-hour window. For example, if your party starts at 1:30 PM, it will end promptly at 3:30 PM. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us stay on track for all our celebrations by exiting your party room promptly.

2. Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You’re welcome to bring a birthday dessert – such as cake or cupcakes – as long as its store/bakery bought and considerate of your guests’ dietary restrictions and allergies. We encourage choosing allergy-friendly options so everyone can celebrate safely. Please note: no other outside food or drinks are allowed unless pre-approved for allergy or medical reasons, alcohol is not permitted, and we do not have a refrigerator or freezer available for storage.

3. Is there a deposit required for birthday parties?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for party bookings.
