1.What is Cluville Kids’ Escape Room?
Cluville kids escape room in Scottsdale offers a fun, immersive, and educational adventure designed for kids and families. Best for children aged 6 to 14, our escape rooms challenge everyone to work together, solve puzzles, and think creatively. Please note: Children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian inside the escape room.

2. Can I celebrate a birthday or special event at Cluville?

Yes! Cluville is a popular destination for birthday parties, school field trips, and family outings. We offer unique party packages that include a private celebration room, pizza, and optional add-ons. that include a private party room, pizza, and optional add-ons. All events take place in a safe, guided, and playful environment. Bookings should be made at least three days in advance and are subject to availability.

1. How do I book a session?
You can book online on our booking page or by calling us directly at (480) 499-2750. Early reservations are recommended, especially for weekend visits and peak school vacation times (i.e. Spring Break). Need more info – Click here to find our contact information.

2. Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome! However, to guarantee your spot, we recommend booking in advance.

3. What is your cancellation, rescheduling, or room change policy?
If your plans change, just call or email us as soon as possible. Let us know your preferred new date, time, or room, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Room switches are not guaranteed, but the sooner you contact us, the more likely we can help. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or reschedules within three days of your scheduled session.

Arrival Time: Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Our team needs time to reset and prepare for your escape room adventure!

Waivers: To speed up check-in, we recommend having all waivers completed in advance. You can find the waiver form: here.

Party Room Access: Party rooms are available after your group completes the escape room portion of your birthday package. The room is guaranteed only for the second hour of your party and may still be in use by another group when you first arrive. In that case, we are happy to store your gifts and cake until the party room is ready. Early access is sometimes possible, but not guaranteed. Guest Policy: To keep the experience comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that only party hosts and participating children are allowed inside the Cluville party rooms. And because our lobby and party rooms are cozy, we strongly encourage a drop-off style celebration. While the kids are having fun, parents are welcome to explore the many shops and attractions at Arizona Boardwalk. We do make exceptions for the birthday child’s parents as well as a few close family members (i.e. younger siblings or grandparents) who aren’t playing and would still like to join the second hour of the celebration in the party room. Please note that, due to limited space, we can only accommodate up to 4 additional guests in the party room. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a smooth, fun party experience for all! We appreciate you communicating this in advance to your guests and their families!

Timing: Each party is scheduled over a 2-hour window. For example, if your party starts at 1:30 PM, it will end promptly at 3:30 PM. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us stay on track for all our celebrations by exiting your party room promptly.

2. Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You’re welcome to bring a birthday dessert – such as cake or cupcakes – as long as its store/bakery bought and considerate of your guests’ dietary restrictions and allergies. We encourage choosing allergy-friendly options so everyone can celebrate safely. Please note: no other outside food or drinks are allowed unless pre-approved for allergy or medical reasons, alcohol is not permitted, and we do not have a refrigerator or freezer available for storage.

3. Is there a deposit required for birthday parties?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for party bookings.

1. How long is the escape room experience?
Each escape session lasts approximately 60 minutes, depending on how quickly your group solves the puzzles. We recommend arriving approximately 5 minutes early for check-in.

2. How many players can join?
Our escape rooms are designed for groups of 3 to 10 players. The minimum number of players is 2. Hosting a larger group? We’re happy to split you into teams and turn it into a friendly competition, ideal for birthdays or school field trips.

3. Can parents join their kids in the escape room?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome and encouraged to join the adventure. If you’d prefer to step back and let the kids lead the adventure, you can drop them off and we’ll take care of the rest. A trained game master will be with them inside the room, guiding them through the experience. It’s the perfect chance for parents to take a little break. Just be sure to return on time when the game ends. Note: Any guests (adult or child) participating in the escape room must have a ticket.

4. Are there birthday themes available?
Each escape room has its own unique theme. The party room is decorated in a playful and gender-neutral Cluville style.

1. Can parents observe the game without participating?
Parents do not need a ticket if they’re not entering the escape room. For kids-only experiences, parents are welcome to observe on the monitors outside each escape room.

1. Are the escape rooms scary or dangerous? And are we really locked in?
Not at all. Our escape rooms are safe, fun, and designed specifically for kids. There are no scary or dangerous elements. The focus is on teamwork, excitement, and that great feeling of solving challenges together. And you’re never actually locked in. All doors remain unlocked and clearly marked with exit signs. A game master is always close by to guide and support the group.
